I use DMC Stranded  cotton exclusively in my cross stitch projects as the quality is amazing and the threads resist fading. DMC Stranded  cotton is perfect not only for cross stitch but other embroidery and needlework projects. DMC is one of the leading needlework and sewing companies. You will receive one skein which is made up of 6 strands of 8metre thread.  I do recommend that you transfer the thread to an embroidery bobbin to avoid tangling the thread.
